Announced the Truth about Holding Shares More Than 5% in Private Company
Mr. Sommai Phasee, the deputy Finance Minister, clarified the issue on his share holdings in excess of the permitted 5% in Kamala Beach Resort Company Limited as a committee member that he never received any money from the company, never attended the company???s meeting, has tried to resign as the committee member but was unable to find the contact person, and confirmed that he had informed and clarified this issue to the Office of The National Counter Corruption Commission since being appointed as the deputy Finance Minister, at Press Release Room, Ministry of Finance, October 1 2007.
