Permanent Secretary Visited Payap University
Mr. Suparut Kawatkul, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Finance, and acting Committee Chairman of Student Loan Fund, visited Information and Communication Technology Center of Payap University to examine the readiness in supporting the e-student loan system under the project to visit schools that participated in Student Loan Fund and Income Contingent Loan Fund in Chiangmai province and congratulated Mr. Chadchavan Khumyong, the student of Computer Science Department, Faculty of Science, Payap University, who won the world championship of Microsoft Office 2007 in Microsoft Excel category, at Payap University, Chiangmai province, October 22 2007.
