FPO Announced the Monthly Economic Report for March 2010
Mr. Sathit Limpongpan, Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Finance, Mr. Satit Rangkasiri, the director general of the Fiscal Policy Office (FPO) and Mr. Ekniti Nititanprapas, Spokesman of Ministry of Finance, jointly announced the Monthly Economic Report for March 2010 and the 1st Quarter of 2010 that the Thai economy in the first quarter still continued to expand well and had minimal impact by the current political problem. However, there was a sign of the slowdown in tourism business which may affect the growth in the 2nd quarter, at Vayupak 1 Meeting Room, April 29 2010.
