EXIM Bank Joins Four Banks in 250-Million-USD Syndicated Lending to Precious Shipping Pcl.
Mr. Somporn Chitphentom, Senior Executive Vice President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Bank), and executives of four other banks, namely, Thanachart Bank Public Company Limited, Kasikornbank Public Company Limited, Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Limited, and Mr. Khalid Moinuddin Hashim, Managing Director of Precious Shipping Public Company Limited, jointly signed a 250 million USD syndicated loan agreement to finance Precious Shipping Public Company Limited???s purchase of dry bulk carriers for international maritime transport services at Cathay House Building, January 14 2010.
