Mr. Winai Wittawatkaravej, the director general of the Revenue Department, presided over the ceremony to give an oath of allegiance to be a good government official, in which the RD???s top executives, government officials and employees, also joined the ceremony, at Meeting Room 1, 2nd Floor, the Revenue Department, December 3 2009.
