Memorandum of Cooperation on Fixed Rate Housing Loan
Mrs. Duangporn Arbhasil, the President of Secondary Mortgage Corporation, and Mr. Prasan Trairatvorakul, the President of Kasikorn Bank, jointly signed the memorandum of cooperation on fixed rate housing loan with four types of the fixed interest rate for 4 years, credit lines of up to 95% of the property appraisal value and up to30-year loan term for customers who has income more than 10,000 baht per month, at Kasikorn Bank, Phaholyothin Branch, October 20 2009.
