Memorandum of Agreement on Accepting Financial Assistance from the World Bank under JSDF
Mr. Phongpanu Svetarundra, the director general of the Public Debt Management Office, as the representative of Ministry of Finance, Mr. Ian C. Porter, Country Director of World Bank to Thailand, and Mr. Robert Klein, Regional Programme Director for Asia, The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), jointly signed the memorandum of agreement on accepting financial assistance without condition for the Community Youth Helmet Use project, which is a project to promote motorcycle helmet wearing and safe motorcycle driving in youths, from the World Bank under the Japan Social Development Fund (JSDF) in total amount of 834,200 U.S. Dollar, at World Bank Office of Thailand, November 20 2007.
