EXIM Bank and BCEL to Boost Ties and Financial Support for Thai-Lao PDR Business
Mr. Apichai Boontherawara, the President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Bank), and Mr. Sonexay Sitphaxay, General Managing Director of Lao PDR???s Banque Pour Le Commerce Exterieur Lao (BCEL), jointly signed a cooperation agreement between EXIM Bank and BCEL aimed to promote relationship between EXIM Bank and BCEL through information exchange, experience sharing, personnel training and joint financing on projects, witnessed by Mr. Wiboon Khusakul, Thai Ambassador to Lao People???s Democratic Republic, and Mr. Somphao Phyasith, Deputy Governor of Bank of Lao PDR, at Lao Plaza Hotel, Lao PDR, April 1 2009.
