Loan Agreement for the Construction of National Energy Complex
Mr. Apisak Tantivorawong, the President of Krung Thai Bank (KTB), and Mr. Chakchai Bali, the President of Energy Complex Company Limited, jointly signed the loan agreement of 5,000 million baht and signed the loan agreement of 2,500 million baht with PTT Public Company Limited and PTTEP Public Company Limited for the construction of National Energy Complex which will house offices for the Ministry of Energy, PTT???s subordinate companies, and other energy agencies to serve as the center for national energy business, at PTT Public Company Limited (Head Office), April 2 2009.
