KTB Securities Acquired Securities Business from Seamico Securities
Mr. Apisak Tantivorawong, the President of Krung Thai Bank (KTB), jointly signed the agreement between KTB Securities??? shareholders and Mr. Chaipatr Srivisarvacha and Mr. Pinit Puapan from Seamico Securities, on acquiring securities business from Seamico Securities in which KTB Securities will operate under the new name ???KT ZMICO??, at Krung Thai Bank (Head Office), March 31 2009.
