Memorandum of Agreement on Income Tax Donation for Political Party
Mr. Winai Wittawatkaravej, the director general of the Revenue Department (RD), and Mr. Apichart Sukatkanont, Committee Chairman of the Election Commission of Thailand, jointly signed the memorandum of agreement on Income Tax Donation for Political Party between the Revenue Department and Office of the Election Commission of Thailand, which will become effective on tax year 2008, at Meeting Room, Office of the Election Commission of Thailand, the Government Complex commemorating His Majesty the King???s 80th Birthday Anniversary, March 9 2009.
