Mr. Pruttichai Damrongrat, the deputy Finance Minister, presided over the 1st Budget Disbursement Acceleration Committee Meeting for 2009, in which the budget disbursement as of February 13 2009 was 620,695 million baht or 33.83% of the budget in total amount of 1,835,000 million baht, at Meeting Room, the Excise Department, February 19 2009.
