Mr. Surapon Supradit, the deputy director general of the Excise Department, presided over the handing-over ceremony of the symbol flag of ???From Mother???s Day to Father???s Day: Building Unity?? Project from Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME Bank), in which the Excise Department will organize activities during September 29-30 2008, such as the campaign to stop of smoking and drinking, exhibition fair and the destruction of confiscated cigarette and liquor, at Ratchawat Meeting Room, the Excise Department, September 29 2008.
