Deputy Finance Minister Visited Islamic Bank of Thailand
Mr. Suchart Thada-Thamrongvech, acting deputy Finance Minister, visited the Islamic Bank of Thailand and gave the policy to the top executives of Islamic Bank of Thailand, focusing on helping revival the economy in southern border provinces by providing Halal Business Loan and financial support to stimulate the grass-root economy. Meanwhile, he announced that he has accepted the position as a finance minister and will look after the liquidity risk and maintain the Thai Baht value at suitable rate of 34-35 Baht/US Dollar, at Q House Building, Asoke, September 24 2008.
