Memorandum of Understanding on High Energy Efficiency Housing Sector Project
Mr. Khan Prachuabmoh, the President of Government Housing Bank (GHB), and Mr. Francois Xavier DUPORGE, Country Director, Thailand Agence Francaise de Development (AFD), jointly signed the memorandum of understanding on High Energy Efficiency Housing Sector Project in which AFD will provide a loan in total of 1.96 million baht for building developers and their customers who participated in Energy Efficiency Project, at Government Housing Bank (Head Office), September 4 2008.
