Seminar on Principles and Guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises
Mr. Chumpol Rimsakorn,the deputy permanent secretary , Chief of The Asset Cluster of Ministry of Finance, presided over the seminar on"Principles and Guidelines on Corporate Governance of State-Owned Enterprises" in which Mr. Charnwit Nakburi, the deputy director general of the State Enterprise Policy Office (SEPO) gave the report regarding and the Board of Directors and top executives of 56 state enterprises also joined the seminar, at the Sofitel Hotel , Bangkok , October 12 2018.
