Mr. Amnuay Preemonwong, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Finance, together with the government officials under the Ministry of Finance, jointly presented lent candle offering to Rai Chern Tawan Meditation Center during the workshop on MOF Morality Promotion Program, at Rai Chern Tawan Meditation Center, Chiang Rai Province, between July 21-23 2018.
