MOF Spokesman Announced the Emergency Decree on Digital Asset Business B.E. 2018
Miss Kulaya Tantitemit, Inspector General of Ministry of Finance, and acting Spokesman of Ministry of Finance, Mr. Rapee Sujaritkul, Secretary of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand, and Mr. Saroj Thongprakam, Director General of Legal Affairs Division, the Revenue Department, jointly announced the Emergency Decree on Digital Asset Business B.E. 2018 and the Improvement of Emergency Decree on Code of Revenue (Issue 19) B.E. 2018 (The Tax Collection of Digital Asset), at Press Releases Room, Ministry of Finance, May 15 2018.
