Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Announced the Launch of FPO Work From Home Project


Mr. Surapong Suebwonglee, the deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister, and Mrs. Pannee Sathavarodom, the director general of the Fiscal Policy Office (FPO), announced the launch of FPO work from home project under the government measure to save energy in which FPO???s officials will be allowed to work from home one day per week starting from July 1 2008 to September 30 2009 (15 months) and will be evaluated their performance every month. The project aims to reduce the use of energy by 20% for each official and increase the working efficiency by 14% because of time saving from traveling to the office, at Poey Ungpakorn Auditorium, the Fiscal Policy Office (FPO), June 30 2008.
