A Memorandum of Agreement on Koh Phangan Model
Mr. Mongkol Leelatham, President of Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand (SME Bank), jointly signed a memorandum of agreement on Koh Phangan Model aimed to promote and develop SMEs entrepreneurs in Koh Phangan, Suratthani Province, with 6 agencies such as Department of Industrial Promotion, Thailand Village Fund, Koh Phangan Hotels Association, Suan Pa Samun Phrai Foundation, Prince of Songkla University and Walailak University, at 100 Island Resort & Spa, Suratthani Province, December 8 2016.
