Speech on ???Challenge for Thai Government amid the World Energy and Food Crisis??
Mr. Surapong Suebwonglee, the deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister, gave a special speech on the topic of ???Challenge for Thai Government amid the World Energy and Food Crisis??, organized by Economic Commission, the Thai Chamber of Commerce, focusing on urgent plans to ease the pressure from the world energy and food crisis such as placing food and energy issues on the national agenda, setting up committee to develop strategies on efficiency improvement in manufacturing processes to ensure a long term security in food and energy products, as well as, balancing between the problem of high living cost and the opportunity for the farmer from the high price in agricultural products, at Convention Center, IMPACT, Muang Thong Thani, May 21 2008.
