Memorandum of Agreement on Loan Contract for the 3rd Phase of Red Line Suburban Rail Project
Mr. Apisak Tantivorawong, Finance Minister, and H.E. Mr.Shiro Sadoshima, the Ambassador of Japan to Thailand, jointly signed a memorandum of agreement on a financial support between Thailand and Japan for the 3rd Phase of Red Line Suburban Rail Project (Bang Su ??? Rangsit), and jointly signed a loan contract with Mr. Hiroo Tanaka, Chief Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), at Vayupak 4, Ministry of Finance, September 30 2016.
