55,000 Million Yen Samurai Bond Offering
Mr. Utid Thumavathin, the deputy Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Finance and Chief of Expense and Debt Group, and Mr. Chackkrit Paraphantakul, the director of Foreign Capital Market Loan Office, the Public Debt Management Office, joined the offering of three series of Samurai Bond worth 55,000 million yen, at Imperial Hotel, Tokyo, Japan, May 14 2008.
