EXIM Thailand Visited Chow Steel Group???s Solar Farm Projects in Japan


Mr. Manas Jamveha, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), together with EXIM Thailand???s directors and executives, recently visited Chow Steel Group???s Hamada 1 Solar Power Plant and construction site for Hamada 2 Project and were welcomed by Dr. Pruchya Piumsomboon, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chow Steel Industries Plc., and Chow Steel???s executives in Hamada, Shimane, Japan. Chow Steel, EXIM Thailand???s client, has been among Thai investors pioneering in solar farm business in Japan. The Bank provided a 3.8-billion-baht loan to finance its project expansion, calling for an additional 47 MW of production capacity, bringing about a total solar panel capacity of 70 MW after project completion, at Hamada, Shimane, Japan, September 2 2016.
