EXIM Thailand Visits JETRO to Study Working Model for Trade and Investment Promotion
Mr. Manas Jamveha, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), recently led EXIM Thailand???s directors and executives on a mission to visit Mr. Tatsuhiro Shindo, Executive Vice President and Executive Director, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), and JETRO???s executives to explore JETRO???s roles and activities in promoting international trade and investment among the Japanese business communities including SMEs, relying on its extensive network of international branches as well as JETRO???s One Stop Service which provides information, consultation and business matching services to enable Japanese enterprises to successfully launch their export and investment projects overseas. JETRO???s working model could serve as a useful reference for EXIM Thailand???s organization re-design efforts. Both parties also discussed future cooperation, at Tokyo, Japan, September 1 2016.
