Prayuth Chan-ocha, Prime Minister, in which Miss Wacharaporn Matayanun, Adviser on Tax Collection Strategy (Energy Group), and the top executives, also joined the ceremony, at Santimaitri Building, Royal Thai Government House, August 26 2016.
