Mr. Chakkrit Parapantakul, Director-General of the Treasury Department, joined the signing ceremony for the use of the Royal Land for Special Economic Development Zone in Kanchanaburi between Major General Apichart Sukjam, Commanding General of the 17th Military Circle, as a representative of the Royal Thai Army, and Mr. Pan Pengpew, Kanchanaburi Treasury Officer, as a representative of the Treasury Department, in which Mr. Sak Somboonto, Governer of Kanchanaburi, and Mr. Preecha Mongkolhutthi, Deputy Director-General of the Treasury Department, also joined the ceremony, at Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University, Kanchanaburi province, July 12 2016.
