Gen. Punpirom Liptapanlop, Minister of Energy Ministry, aimed to promote the use of electricity appliances with a Number 5 energy-saving label during the summer to help save electricity, save money, reduce carbon dioxide emission and reduce global warming, at Centara Grand Central World Hotel, March 26 2008.
